Model Call for The Wonder Sessions
Preserving the wonder of childhood.
Purpose of Model Call: I am hosting a model call for a new photography offering I’m launching: children’s personality portraits. I want to work with children of various ages to build a portfolio so I can market this new offer. Parents of each participating child will be required to sign a model release granting permission for me to use the images for marketing purposes, including social media, website, and newsletters. In exchange for the free personality portrait session, you will receive 5 edited images to download.
Date of Model Call: Saturday, February 21 at my home in Princeton, TX. You will be able to choose an available time slot on my booking page (need Session or calendly free)
What’s included: Each child participating in the model call will have a session time of 10 minutes to take their personality portraits. I will be using natural light and placing them on a plain background. We will be taking close up headshots and possibly full body photos depending on the child's age and cooperation. For each child's session, 5 edited images will be included for free. I will share the best images from their session and you will be able to download your 5 favorites. No purchase is required beyond the 5 free photos. However, if you would like more than 5 images, you can purchase the entire gallery for $50+tax per child.
Sibling Photos: If there are 2 or more siblings you would like to be photographed together, they will each need their own session booked in back-to-back time slots. If there are not back-to-back sessions open, reach out to me and we will make it work! One child will have 10 minutes, two siblings will have a total of 20 minutes to take individual and sibling photos, three siblings will have 30 minutes etc. It will be a fairly quick process so getting multiple types of photos will be possible.
Image Delivery: The images will be available to view and download 2 weeks following the session in an online gallery.
Sharing Images:
In order to participate in the model call, your must consent to your child's images being used for marketing purposes on my social media, website, newsletter etc. If you are not comfortable with that, please do not book a session. You will need to sign a model release prior to the shoot.
You are not required to share the images of your child online unless you want to. If you do share them, I ask that you tag me in the photos @meganmweaver but only after I've launched personality portraits. Images cannot be edited in any way. Photos may be printed for personal use.
